We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
  • Requested within 30 days of the delivery date
🚫 For hygiene and safety reasons, used items cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or damaged. This includes any piece that has been loaded, smoked from, or filled with water.

Items marked as Final Sale or purchased with a discount of 40% or more are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We take great care in packaging every order, but we understand that glass pieces can sometimes arrive damaged. If your item arrives broken, cracked, or defective, here’s what to do:

  • Document the damage — take clear photos of the item and the packaging before anything else
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@honeycombbongs.com
  • Include your order number and attach the photos
For verified damaged or defective items, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. We cover all shipping costs for defective item returns.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may still be reviewed at our discretion, but we strongly encourage reporting damage as soon as possible.

Starting a return is simple. Follow these steps and we’ll take care of the rest:

Contact our support team
Email us at support@honeycombbongs.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Include photos if the item is damaged.

Receive your return authorization
We’ll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Ship the item back
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Receive your refund or exchange
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days or ship your replacement right away.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
💡 If you paid with store credit or a gift card, your refund will be returned as store credit to your account.

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our approval email, please contact us — we will investigate immediately.

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Items that have been used, smoked from, or show signs of use
  • Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • Consumable products (screens, cleaning solutions, rolling papers)
  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Items returned without a valid RMA number
  • Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date
⚠️ Any item returned in a condition that suggests use will be sent back to the customer at their expense. Please ensure your piece is in its original, unsmoked condition before initiating a return.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been picked and packed for shipment.

  • To cancel, email support@honeycombbongs.com with your order number as soon as possible
  • If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the standard return process once it arrives
  • Cancelled orders receive a full refund to the original payment method within 2–3 business days
We process orders fast — if you need to cancel, contact us immediately. The sooner you reach out, the higher the chance we can stop the shipment.
